Reigning Italian Serie A champions Inter Milan and Bayern Munich have reached the quarterfinals of the UEFA Champions League.
In the second leg of the Round of 16, Inter played at home against Dutch side Feyenoord and won 2-1 thanks to goals from their French striker Marcus Thuram and Turkish midfielder Hakan Calhanoglu.
Former Armenian national team captain and midfielder Henrikh Mkhitaryan was in the starting lineup for Inter and played the entire match.
Inter had won the first leg 2-0 in the Netherlands.
In the quarterfinals, Inter will face Bayern Munich, who eliminated German Bundesliga titleholders and cup holders Bayer Leverkusen.
In the second leg, Bayern won 2-0 at Leverkusen. England striker Harry Kane and Canadian defender Alphonso Davies scored for the visitors.
Bayern had won 3-0 in the first leg.
