Tsinandali estate, encompassing both the Radisson Collection and Park Hotel, is proud to announce Noutsa Ramishvili as its latest General Manager. Henceforth, she will oversee both establishments.
In 2019, Noutsa became a part of the “Silk Hospitality” team. following a career in the international hotel and restaurant business. She served as the operational manager of the multi-functional space “Republic” and “Radisson Blu Iveria Tbilisi”, before being promoted to executive assistant manager of “Silk Hospitality”.
Noutsa embarked on her journey of independence at the age of 15, attending Dauntsey’s School in Britain. Her academic pursuits then led her to Glion University in Switzerland and later to UCLA in Los Angeles. Along the way, she gained valuable work experience with premier establishments such as Ritz-Carlton and Kempinski, among other globally renowned hotels.
Reflecting on her early days studying overseas, Noutsa shares: “Whenever I was questioned about my homeland while studying abroad, it fueled my aspiration to dive into the world of hospitality. My goal has always been to gather expertise and channel it into representing my nation on the global stage. My love for my homeland resonates deeply, and I’m committed to making a lasting impact not only on the Tsinandali estate but also on Georgia as a country.”
Tsinandali Estate boasts a rich two-century legacy in hospitality. This legacy is honored and carried forward by “Silk Hospitality”. Within the estate’s grounds, the group operates two hotels offering more than 200 rooms in total, eight bars and restaurants, and two of the nation’s prominent concert halls which have hosted significant events. The Alexander Chavchavadze House-Museum and Tsinandali Historical Park, which are Georgia’s most-visited museum attractions, also fall under the stewardship of Silk Hospitality”.
Noutsa confidently asserts, “The Tsinandali estate and its 300 dedicated staff members play an instrumental role in bolstering the region’s socio-economic growth. A significant portion of our workforce hails from the local community. We’re a team bound by a shared vision – to preserve the estate’s rich history and values while breathing new life into this exceptional locale. Come November, we’re poised to usher in a new chapter as the estate hosts its inaugural international wine symposium. It’s an honor to be part of this transformative journey.”
The “Silk Road Group” has been a significant contributor to the revival of the Tsinandali estate. Since 2006, the group has invested 60 million dollars into the refurbishment of the estate. The initiatives include the restoration of the Chavchavadze House-Museum, Tsinandali Park, and historical vineyards. Silkroad restored more than 100 exhibits in the museum, and enhanced the museum’s collection by more than 500 exhibits. 2018 saw the launch of the estate’s first international five-star brand hotel, the Radisson Collection. This was closely followed by the inauguration of the Park Hotel in 2019.
