Katalysta’s leading 6-month Alpha program (880+ training hours) is an intensive training designed to acquire skills necessary for success in the IT industry. The program is also suitable for those with no prior experience in this field. Through holistic approaches, combining high-level technical training, personal skill development, and preparation for career challenges, over 90% of Alpha’s graduates in the last 10 years have successfully been employed in the IT sector. After completing the program, our graduates are equipped with technical skills and are psychologically prepared to succeed in new environments.

A special characteristic of Alpha’s teaching is its hybrid format.
