Its capital, Tbilisi, narrates tales of bygone eras through its eclectic architectural array – spanning Orthodox cathedrals, opulent buildings, relics of the Soviet era, and the quaint, stone-paved bylanes of its Old Town. Iconic sites like the Peace Bridge, Tbilisi Trinity Cathedral, and the restored Narikala castle of the 4th century provide unmatched vistas of the cityscape. Adding to the city’s vibrant aura are institutions such as the National Museum of Georgia, National Gallery, Lado Gudiashvili Exhibition Hall, and Rustaveli Theater, which bring life and light to the capital.
