Imagine Dragons, the American rock band boasting four Grammy Awards, graced the stage before a massive crowd exceeding 30,000 at Tbilisi’s Mikheil Meskhi Stadium on Thursday night.
This marked their debut appearance in Georgia, part of their fifth world tour, where an incredible feat saw organizers transport the cutting-edge stage from the Black Sea Arena in Shekvetili, Western Georgia, to Tbilisi via 35 trucks for this spectacular performance.
The band’s visit was in alignment with “Starring Georgia,” a series of events initiated by Prime Minister Irakli Garibashvili aimed at showcasing Georgia’s tourism potential and positioning it prominently on the global entertainment map.
The next exciting installment in this series is slated for October 1st at Dinamo Arena, featuring the immensely popular American singer Bruno Mars.
