The Georgian squad continues to top pool A of the contest with its latest win, as the team previously won against Switzerland and Netherlands.

The 2025 Rugby Europe Championship also serves as a qualifying stage for the 2027 Rugby World Cup, with the top two teams from each pool securing the spot.
