On Sunday, at the 9th World Kungfu Championships hosted in the city of Emeishan within China’s Sichuan Province, the Georgian national team secured a total of 22 medals. Among these accolades, Georgian athletes proudly attained three gold, six silver, and thirteen bronze medals. The event encompassed a diverse array of age groups and encompassed the participation of 800 athletes hailing from 53 different countries.
