Bloom Music, a prominent music firm from Georgia, has officially entered an exclusive collaboration with Sony Music Publishing, a global leader in music publication, and its eminent division, Extreme Music. This alliance marks a remarkable stride for the music domain in Georgia.
The collaboration, secured with the Polish division of Sony Music Publishing, grants synchronization rights, enabling Georgian advertisers, TV studios, and film professionals to access a vast catalog of music tracks from one of the most influential music publishers worldwide.
Bloom Music’s director, Mirian Kululashvili, perceives this alliance as a landmark event for the Georgian music landscape. “Sony Music Publishing’s entry into our market amplifies opportunities for our local advertising and TV sectors, as well as showcasing Georgian artistry. It’s a positive step towards elevating copyright awareness and nurturing our musical community,” Kululashvili remarked.
Since its inception in 2021, Bloom Music has been offering services such as artist management, digital music distribution, and music synchronization. Their portfolio includes eminent Georgian music endeavors like Killages, Erekle Deisadze, and Eko & Vinda Folio. They have successfully propelled over 100 Georgian artists, spreading their music across 60+ platforms in recent times.
Sony Music Publishing champions some of the globe’s legendary songwriters, housing a monumental catalog featuring legends such as The Beatles, Queen, and Michael Jackson, as well as modern artists like Ed Sheeran and Lady Gaga.
Extreme Music, which began its journey amid London’s punk rock scene, has since 1997 emerged as a frontrunner in specialty music. Its rich catalog boasts collaborations with luminaries like Quincy Jones and Hans Zimmer. Its commitment to genuine artistry continually draws in elite clients, reaffirming its leading position in the specialty music realm.
