The development of the Ambassadori Island Batumi project is progressing rapidly, bringing new investment opportunities to the country and the region. The company is fulfilling its obligations to the state five years ahead of schedule, with more than a quarter of the project area already developed.
According to a decree by the Government of Georgia, in line with the construction agreement, ownership of a 194,457-square-meter land plot—created by the company in the sea—has been officially transferred to Ambassadori Island Batumi. As part of its investment commitments, 49% of the territory on the two peninsulas and the island will be designated for publicly accessible recreational zones, including forest parks, hiking trails, sports fields, and entertainment and leisure areas. The project also envisions the construction of educational and healthcare institutions, hotels, apartments, villas, helipads, and a yacht club.
This historically significant initiative aims to create two artificial peninsulas and one artificial island, all designed under sustainable development principles and smart city standards. The project is set to introduce new benchmarks for urban development in the region.
Ambassadori Group is developing the island in collaboration with international partners, including Yüksel Proje, a renowned architectural and engineering firm
